Through these (internal) three practices non-duality (unity with all) arises. The Great Guru himself has proclaimed these teachings. (1) To accept the Divine Will, (2) to renounce the understanding of "I". (3) To forever be merged in the remembrance of'Satinam' (the True Name) . From these, one reaches the highest status (of liberation). Only those bestowed with the Guru's Grace follow these practices. As the external practice, forever train in weaponry (Shastar Vidiya). To (be forever ready) to destroy those heinous and corrupt people. . . The True Guru has bestowed the highest gifts (upon the Khalsa). Granting them happiness in this life and unity with Jagdish (The Master of the World). Great fortune has arisen to those who follow this sublime path (that the Guru has ordained) . Just like how Krishna explained to Arjuna within the Bhagavad Gita, that one should renounce their desire for reward from action, the Dharma they should embrace is that of Weaponry and to contemplate oneself as the Witness (of the world - the underlying Supreme Self) . The same teachings have been given to the Khalsa, to forever meditate upon Satinam (The True Name). And the external practice, of fighting (for righteousness) is the highest action, in doing so they will forever be immersed in the various types of pleasure.
