ਪੰਜਵਾ ਤਖਤ - the Fifth Takht ਪ੍ਰਥਮ ਅਕਾਲ ਬੁੰਗਾ ਬਨਯੋ ਪਟਨਾ ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰਾ । ਅਬਚਲ ਨਗਰ ਸੁਚਾਰਹੁ ਧਾਮ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਪੂਰਾ । First Akal Bunga was made, *then* Patna Sahib and Anandpur Sahib Abchal Nagar *Hazur Sahib* the fourth abode where all desires are fulfilled. ਪੰਚਮ ਜਹਰਹਿ ਪੰਚ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਕੀ ਦੇਹ । ਸਹਿਤ ਨਗਾਰਾ ਕੇ ਝੁਲੇ ਜਾਹਾਂ ਨਿਸਾਨ ਅਛੇਹ । The fifth is that where the Five Singhs, who are the very form of Guru Granth Sahib, along with the Battle Drums *nagara* and the countless fluttering Battle Standards *nishan* all remain together. ਇਨ ਪਾਚਹੂੰ ਸਥਾਨ ਮੈ ਮੋਕਹਿ ਮਾਨਹੁ ਨਿਤਯ । ਅਸ ਉਪਦੇਸਯੋ ਬਾਰ ਬਹੁ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਲਗੀਧਰ ਚਿਤਯਾ । The Exalted Plume-Wearing Guru *Gobind Singh Ji* contemplated and gave this teaching over and over again that in these five places I reside, so recognize them daily. ![[fifth takht.jpg]] [[Gurpad Prem Prakash]] (1880), author: Baba Sumer Singh Ji Page 501
