The image below is a copy of Guru Gobind Singh's childhood handwriting. This is found within the Patna Sahib [[Dasam]] Guru Granth Sahib manuscript, which is likely a copy of the original Anandpuri manuscript which was compiled and assembled in the Guru's court. This Patna Sahib manuscript is dated 1698 CE (1755 bikrami) but it is likely a slightly later manuscript (still 18th century). That date appears to be the date of the original manuscript which it was copying.
Notice the iconic dot and sword, symbolic of Guru Gobind Singh's signature, signifying the degh (bowl) and tegh (sword).
