ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥ ਏਹ ਦੋ ਬਾਤੈਂ ਸਮਝ ਕਰਿ ਤਤਵੇਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋਇ ॥ A Knower of Truth *Tatveta* is one who understands these two concepts, (mentioned here [[Dasam Guru Granth Sahib/The Atma - Gobind Gita]]) 1) The Atman *Self* is Timeless, 2) Everything you see will be destroyed. ਚਿੰਤਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕਰੈ ਨਾਸ ਨ ਜਾਨੈ ਕੋਇ ॥ They do not worry at all; and know nothing of death *for they are Timeless*.
