ਪਰਮਾਨੰਦ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਤੂੰ, ਜੋ ਸਿਖ ਚਹੈ ਸੁਜਾਨ ।
ਜਨਮਾਦਿਕ ਦੁਖ ਨਾਸ ਪੁਨਿ, ਭ੍ਰਾਂਤਿਜਨ੍ਯ ਤਿਹਿਂ ਮਾਨ ।੩੧|
Oh clever Sikh *student*, this Supreme-Bliss *Paramanand* that you desire to attain, and the destruction of suffering of reincarnation - you should regard that desire as born of error *that it is a mistake*.
ਪਰਮਾਨੰਦ ਸ੍ਵਰੂਪ ਤੂੰ, ਨਹਿਂ ਤੋਮੈ ਦੁਖ ਲੇਸ ।
ਅਜ ਅਵਿਨਾਸੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਚਿਤ, ਜਿਨ ਆਨੈ ਹਿਯ ਕਲੇਸ ।੩੨|
You Are The form of Supreme-Bliss, which isn't affected in the slightest by suffering. You are That which is never born, everlasting, the ever-growing Consciousness, and in whose heart affliction has never entered.
